CDS for Data Managers
Course Abstract

Description:	This two-day course will provide E&P data management and support staff with the skills necessary to populate, manage and synchronize data using Landmark’s Corporate Data Store (CDS) database. The course presents and follows suggested workflows for managing reference data (Reference Data Manager or RDM), data tranfer to/from CDS (Advanced Data Transfer or ADT), browse and mange CDS data (PowerExplorer) and synchronization to OpenWorks (ADT). In a hands-on, two-day workshop, participants will use Reference Data Manager, Advanced Data Transfer and PowerExplorer to cover the basic workflows for implementing a CDS solution.
Intended For:	Exploration and production data management and support professionals
Prerequisites:	Workstation (linux), PowerExplorer and OpenWorks data management familiarity. Experience can be gained in Advanced Data Transfer, Reference Data Manager and CDS.
