Intending course participants could register via the online registration or by contacting the regional training center contacts. Registered students will be confirmed for attendance depending on course and space availability.

Confirmed students could request for course rescheduling or cancellation. Requests for such should be made in writing to Landmark via fax, email or post to reach Landmark regional training contact at least ten business days before the commencement of the class. Students could reschedule to a next available course, providing it’s done before 10 working days of the commencement of a confirmed class. Already paid fee will be applied to the next course. Course cancellations less than 10 working days but greater than 5 working days will attract a 50% refund of client paid fees, while cancellations less than 5 working days will result in full charges of course fee.

Landmark reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at anytime. However, in such an event, Landmark shall attempt to provide advance cancellation notice and possible alternative dates in order that arrangements could be cancelled or rescheduled. If Landmark cancels a course, Landmark will notify Customer of the next course offering and will refund 100% of the Customer's paid course fee or apply it towards the course fee of another course. If Landmark reschedules a course, Landmark will notify Customer of the rescheduled course and will apply 100% of the Customer's course fee paid towards the course fee of the rescheduled course.

Landmark is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses needed to attend a training course. In the event of a cancelled course, Landmark is not responsible for reimbursement of any travel or accommodation expenses.

Except as otherwise provided, Customer must pay all invoices for training services and for reimbursable expenses within thirty (30) days after the date of Landmark’s invoice.  Customers attending courses in the US must remit full payment prior to the start date of the course.
